Our Stallions health is important to us!
Humboldt Park Health will provide the Pediatric Care-A-Van service at Gray School on Thursday, April 25th from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm.
They provide no cost Health Exams and Vaccinations to students who have turned in their consent form prior to the event. Limited spots are available but they will return next year!
