William P. Gray Elementary will participate in Read-A-Thon this year!
Read-A-Thon is a fun way to get students excited about reading and it gives friends and family the opportunity to encourage children to continue on their reading journey. We've chosen Read-A-Thon because it gives your child a reason to read, builds community, helps in the development of stronger reading skills, fosters a love of reading, helps students learn new things, it helps support our school, and it is easy for everyone to participate.
Our Read-A-Thon starts Monday December 1, 2025.
Teachers will send home instructions on how to activate your reader's personal page in the near future. Please look for it in your child’s backpack. They are very user friendly. This is where you will be able to view and record reading progress. Once you scan the QR code on the flier, you can then select the Language tab on the right side in the black box, and you change the language option to Spanish or another option.
