Out of School Time (OST) After School Programming at Gray

Gray's OST program exists to provide opportunities for our students to enroll in high-quality before and after school programming that helps students stay engaged in school, discover new passions, and form positive relationships.

Our 1st OST session of the year will begin the week of September 8th. Please watch out for grade level specific flyers sent home with students for more information. Teachers are in charge of recruiting students for their after school programs. Typically programs fill up during this recruitment process, however, if there are still open seats for OST programs, Gray will send Sign Up genius information to the school community. Teachers will communicate the days of attendance for specific OST programs, including end dates.

Please know there is always a possibility that students may not be granted entry to an OST program based on seat availability, including after you apply. Please never send a child to an after school program without confirmation from the teacher. If confirmation is not provided by Gray Elementary staff then assume your child is not enrolled for programming.  Once your child is enrolled and confirmed, they will be sent automatically to their after school program on designated days.

Contact Ms. Pappas at [email protected] if you have any questions.
