Academic Support
Gray has multiple systems and structures to support students. Each committee plays a crucial role in shaping a supportive and effective educational experience for all students.
Multiple Tier Systems of Supports (MTSS) - School-based teams (teachers, administrators, staff, and related service providers) that analyze academic, behavioral, and attendance data to identify students requiring additional instruction or interventions. They coordinate school wide support and monitor the progress of intervention plans.
Behavioral Health Team (BHT) - Specialized school-based teams (teachers, administrators, staff, and related service providers) that focus specifically on Tier II and Tier III social, emotional, and mental health interventions.
Culture and Climate Committee (CCT) - Consists of school-based teams (teachers, administrators, and staff) to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) - A school-based committee (teachers, administrators, and staff) responsible for driving academic improvement by leading learning cycles, analyzing practice data, and supporting curriculum implementation.
