My name is Manka Arifi and I am thrilled to be teaching 6th & 8th grade at William P. Gray Elementary School. This will be my sixth year teaching after teaching in Seoul, South Korea for two years. I am so excited to teach at Gray! My goal for the school year is for students to develop a passion for reading and a curiosity to explore unknown worlds through books. We will all work together to make 501 a space where everyone can learn and grow! Besides teaching, I love traveling and spending time with my family. I also love learning new languages and am continuing to practice Spanish! I am very excited to begin working with you and your child and cannot wait to help prepare your students for their bright futures. I look forward to meeting you all!
