Reminder:
Schedules are "Live" which means the Office of Sports Administration can make changes to the schedule up to one hour before the designated game/meet.

Coaches will communicate with you directly when there are changes to the schedule.
This schedule should NOT be printed, downloaded, screenshot, etc.

Typically programs fill up during this recruitment process, however, if there are still open seats for OST programs, Gray will send Sign Up genius information to the school community. Teachers will communicate the days of attendance for specific OST programs, including end dates.
Please know there is always a possibility that students may not be granted entry to an OST program based on seat availability, including after you sign up. Please never send a child to an after school program without confirmation from the teacher. If confirmation is not provided by Gray Elementary staff then assume your child is not signed up for programming. Once your child is enrolled and confirmed, they will be sent automatically to their after school program on designated days.
